Specially designed program to stop smoking includes 2 sessions (each 2 to 3 hours or longer if necessary) and a personalised hypnosis for you to listen to every day after your first session for about a week.
We will
- work on all the triggers that make you reach for a cigarette in the first place
- work on all parts within you that are not on board to quit smoking yet
- make sure you have all the resources necessary to not need a cigarette
- work out whether a cigarette fulfils a positive purpose for you and substitute it with something of your choice
- work on everything else that shows up for you and is related to smoking.
After all that I will guide you through a beautiful hypnosis to lock everything in.
