A recognised leader, thinker and achiever. Twelve years ago, Kevin was on a flight from London to Melbourne when he etched out his strategic business plan for BlueSun2. He scribbled down his thoughts on the first few pages of a cheap, black and white notepad. Kevin pledged to make BlueSun2 the number company in its industry. To build it from being a small local player, to a regional, national and then an international one. A goal that would be achieved by providing a low-overhead operation with multiple revenue streams, offsetting risk through diversification. These were big thoughts for someone who only dealt with one boat in Perth. Today, and 12 years later, BlueSun2 is the number one company in its industry promoting and selling cruises on up to 50 charter boats in Perth, WA. BlueSun has become a successful and regional player with the launch of its Kimberley Boat Cruises division. And now it has just gone the final step from national to international with the launch of its BlueSun Cruises division. In just over a decade, BlueSun has gone from humble origins marketing one charter boat in Perth, to working with 100 cruise lines and 600 cruise ships going to 4500 ports of call. In short, BlueSun has come a long way. That same notebook still exists as a reminder and a testament to vision, grit and determination, planning, setting goals. To be the best.
